Lisa Nordquist, Founder of Grey Monkey Group
Lisa Nordquist, CEC, ACC, CHWC, is an expert in interpersonal development and communication, helping individuals and teams utilize the most effective emotional intelligence and communication skills. A dynamic, entertaining speaker and facilitator, Lisa has worked for over 25 years with corporations, organizations and government agencies, using evidenced-based but practical techniques in motivating behavior change in individuals and groups. Lisa offers solid, sustainable solutions for people-problems, waning culture and social intelligence development.
A business owner and accomplished wellness author, Lisa has a B.A. in Psychology, and holds a number of certifications including: ICF ACC level Certification, Certified Executive Coach, Emotional Intelligence credential, Mayo Clinic HW Certification, and recently Connecting at Workä Facilitator certification. In 2014, Lisa authored “Love Yourself Fit: the struggle-free way to end your war with weight, eat anything & live happily-ever-healthy”, winning the Global EBook Awards silver medal.
With a family-owned development business, Lisa began working in and around commercial and residential development and construction as a teen. From sales to job site cleanings, office work to city planning meetings, Lisa grew up in and around the building industry. In recent years, she has served as a Community Planning group board member, collaborating with San Diego City Planning to update the Clairemont Community plan.
